Tony Toth, a life-long resident of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, is a 29-year veteran of the Northern VA real estate/home building industry. He came to the industry as a technical graduate in Aviation Technology with an FAA Airframe Mechanic's license. In 1985 Tony began my training as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser and in 1992 as a Class A Building Contractor. Since then, he has completed hundreds of residential appraisals and lender inspection, for conventional and government backed loans, and built approximately 175 new homes, additions and renovations. In 2004 Tony received his home inspection training and began performing home inspections while continuing his home building and lender inspection work. His background gives him a strong technical understanding of the structure, systems and components of your home while understanding the valuation and loan processes a homeowner is involved in during a new home purchase.
