Radon Certification Class
Radon Certification Class This is a Radon Measurement Certification Class taught by Matt Hendrik of Spruce Environmental. This is a 2 day class, Wed. Sept. 7th and Thur. Sept. 8th. If you want to offer Radon Testing this an important class for you. The cost for this class is $435 and includes course material/handbook.

Thermal Imaging Certification Class
This is a Thermal Imaging Certification Class taught by Bill Fabian of Monroe Infrared. This is a 2 day class, Wed. Sept. 7th and Thur. Sept. 8th. This class will provide you the information and certification to offer Infrared Services along with your Home Inspections. The cost of this class is $595 and includes the course material and Certification Exam.

IRC Exam Prep Class
This IRC Exam Prep Class is taught by Bruce Barker. This is a 2 day class, Wed. Sept. 7th and Thur. Sept. 8th. This class will help prepare you to take the IRC Residential Combination Exam. The cost of this class is $250. Please note that you will need to bring your own copy of the 2015 IRC Code Book.

Mold Sampling
This is a true bonus class, no cost to attend. This class is taught by John D. Shane PhD. of Inspector Lab on Thur. Sept. 8th. If you want to provide mold testing and other environment testing along with your inspections, start here.
